warm up: Benjamin Franklin
The topic today on Drawbridge was Ben Franklin. A wild hair entered my brain as I rode the trains this morning and this little strip was the result.

The tone of this reminds me of the olden days before your fame and fortune. Hooray friendship!
While I still find myself awaiting fame and fortune, I do confess that this seems like the sort of thing I would have drawn with a sharpie marker on the back of some Books of Wonder scrap paper. Vive le Friendship!
